Team Video’s Take On Who Should’ve Been Nominated For An Emmy

5.1 Team Videos Take On Who Shouldve Been Nominated For An Emmy

Allan and I sat down to discuss who we thought should’ve been nominated for an Emmy this year, and it turns out that we both have mad love for Community, Parks & Recreation and It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia. If you don’t share the same enthusiasm for these shows as we do, that’s totally okay, but listen to the podcast and hear us out on it – we have reasons!

You can also download the podcast here or listen to it in iTunes.

Do you agree or disagree with us? Who do you think should’ve been nominated for an Emmy? Leave your answers in the comments!

This Movie Is Going To Give Me Nightmares

Apollo 18 is a found footage film that chronicles the “real” reason why the USA has never gone back to the Moon. Directed by Gonzalo Lopez-Gallego, this film is bound to be this summer’s Paranormal Activity.

Check out the trailer, if you dare:

I’ll take your Mr. Popper’s Penguins and raise you a Muppets movie!

The first trailer for the new Muppets movie just arrived, and I think it looks amazing!

Along with your favorite Muppets, including Kermit the Frog and Miss Piggy, it also stars Jason Segel and Amy Adams!

I love the Muppets and all their movies, so I’m really excited for this one!

Take a look at the trailer!

This is kind of crazy…

…but it’s also an interesting look at the differences between languages when movies get dubbed over.

Specifically, The Little Mermaid.

And even more specifically, the scene where Ursula transforms into Vanessa, her human form.

…..the French one (which is towards the middle of the video) was probably the weirdest one of them all, but I encourage you to spend the three minutes and listen to them all.

Check out The Hangover II’s first teaser!

I loved The Hangover.  Loved it.  LOVED IT. And I can’t wait to see the sequel now!

The brand new teaser for The Hangover Part II features Ed Helms, Bradley Cooper and scene-stealing Zach Galifianakis, but the movie itself also stars Justin Bartha, Ken Jeong and Juliette Lewis.

I don’t know what else to say after seeing the teaser other than the Wolfpack is definitely back!

Not sure how I feel about this….

Russell Brand‘s new movie (which is technically a remake), Arthur, comes out on April 8th, and I just saw the trailer for it today.

I’m not sure how I feel about it.  I enjoy Russell Brand, but I tend to forget that, as an actor, he can’t just play Russell Brand all the time.

Here is the trailer, decide for yourself!

(I’ll more than likely see this movie though.)

The Green Hornet: Can we talk about Jay Chou, aka Kato, for a second?

Okay, so I know that The Green Hornet has Seth Rogen in the lead role, but I need to address the awesomeness that is Jay Chou, who plays Kato, Britt Reid/The Green Hornet’s valet/sidekick.

At first, that was all I knew about him, but then, on a whim, I thought, “Hey, let’s find out more about this mysterious actor!”, and I had my mind blown away by his accomplishments.

Not only is Jay Chou an actor, but he’s a director too.  I know, you’re thinking, “So what.”  Just wait.

Okay, so he’s got actor and director under his belt, as well as musician, singer, and composer.  He can play several instruments, including the piano, guitar, cello, and jazz drum.  He’s also one of the most popular pop singers in Taiwan and other Chinese-speaking areas.  He also owns his own record company, his own restaurant chain, and his own piano brand.

Pretty impressive, don’t you think?  So if you didn’t know much about Jay Chou before, you know a little bit more now.

Some Videos I Think You Should See…
